rollout a robust communication plan.

Document Oracle® eBusiness Suite procedures, incorporating company specific
business processes, to provide cohesive guidance to employees during the
multiple phases of implementation - at go-live, post go live, or as part of an
upgrade.

Outline which courses will be delivered to each user audience based on job
roles and responsibilities. The output of this activity ultimately drives the
development of end user course content. Develop a training strategy including:
database setup for a customized training instance, instructor delivery of
training, and train the trainer programs.
