KBACE provides itself on having the best trained Oracle® Application consultants in the world. To maintain the skills of our consultants, KBACE has a two-fold strategy:

•   Maintenance of Oracle® Implementation Champion Status
•   KBACE "Center of Excellence" Training

 

Oracle® Implementation Champion

As an Oracle® Certified Advantage Partner, KBACE has access to a number of Oracle® training programs via the Oracle® Partner Network. Upon hiring, each of KBACE's consultants is required to take classes through the Oracle® Partner Network, leading to certification as an Oracle® Champion. Depending upon a consultant's area of expertise, (s)he will earn one of the following certifications:

 

•   Oracle® Implementation Champion eBusiness Suite
•   Oracle® Technical Integration Champion eBusiness Suite

 

KBACE requires each of our Oracle® consultants to renew their Oracle® Implementation Champion certification on an annual basis.

 

KBACE Centers of Excellence Training

KBACE has created 12 "Centers of Excellence" that focus on the Oracle® applications. Every KBACE consultant is assigned to a Center of Excellence during his/her tenure with KBACE. The Center of Excellence acts as the intellectual home for the consultant. Through monthly forums each Center of Excellence acts as a knowledge repository for updates on Oracle® eBusiness Suite applications, as a place to share best practices, and an opportunity to receive application training. KBACE requires mandatory participation for "Center of Excellence" forums and each consultant is required to present the forum with a topic of their choosing once per year.

In addition to serving as an opportunity for training and knowledge sharing, the Center of Excellence also acts as a support network for KBACE consultants. KBACE's Centers of Excellence ensure that no consultant is on an island and that the knowledge gained by our consultants over the last 8 years is brought to bear on every implementation.
