implementation of Oracle® Core HR, Advanced Benefits, iRecruitment, Time and
Labor, Employee and Manager Self-Service, and an ADP® interface with backfeed.
The Company was able to improve its operational capabilities when the KBACE
consultants implemented all modules on time and within budget.

Financial Services
Companies in the intensely competitive Financial Services industry work to build

data and communications seamlessly. KBACE has focused its product direction
toward improving its clients’ information quality and advancing their

At one Fortune 100 Financial Services company, KBACE consultants helped migrate
their benefits data from PeopleSoft® to Oracle® Advanced Benefits. This project
was a complex implementation for 50,000 employees in 34 countries. KBACE wrote
detailed Administration Documentation and conducted training in multiple
locations around the globe for both administrators and end-users. After the
go-live, KBACE services were retained to support their first Open Enrollment.
In the end, this project completed the Company’s transformation to a paperless
Benefits environment.

Higher Education
As competition to attract students and resources rises, Colleges and
Universities search for better ways to provide quality instruction and
services. To increase operational efficiency in the Higher Education industry,
it is beneficial to automate Human Resource processes and streamline accounting
and other internal administration procedures.
At a leading medical University in the Northwest, a KBACE project team helped
bring more than 11,000 employees through their first Open Enrollment on Oracle®
Advanced Benefits. The University had previously gone live on Oracle® HR,
but needed assistance in and around the Advanced Benefits module.

While KBACE brought the University through a
successful open enrollment, KBACE resources also provided Year End Payroll
Training and continues to be called upon for support and application expertise
in the HCM modules.
For the timely balance and reconciliation of Oracle® Payroll,
this same University chose KBACE’s proprietary reporting solution, KBX.
Additionally, the KBACE Business Intelligence Suite (KBI) was also
chosen as a new standard within the organization for Budgeting and Variance
Reporting.
KBI increased accountability throughout the organization
and eliminated the manual compilation of reports. Through a single
KBI report, the University was able to save 500 man-hours per year
in manual assembly time! Through both software and professional
services, KBACE is providing solutions to maximize the University’s investment
in the Oracle® E-Business Suite.

Retail
To build and maintain profitable growth, companies in the Retail Industry strive
to understand customer needs, meet capital market expectations, and
differentiate against competition. Innovative, consumer-driven Retailers use
Information Technology systems to build effective strategies with integrated
solutions.
At one Fortune 100 Specialty Retailer, KBACE was engaged to assist in their
Oracle® HRMS 11i implementation. The scope of this project included Oracle®
Human Resources, Oracle® Advanced Benefits, and Self-Service for Employees and
Managers. At the beginning of the project, resources included a number of
consulting firms and a large contingent of in-house staff.

Realizing that KBACE was the
leader in Oracle® Advanced Benefits Implementations, the organization called
KBACE in to provide a "sanity check" and assist in the final implementation and
conversion stages. Oracle® HR went live with 85,000 employees, and Oracle®
Advanced Benefits went live with 35,000. With the assistance of KBACE, the
company was able to complete their Annual Enrollment successfully with
increased operational efficiency.
