KBACE Customer Portal and Support Wizard
site provide our clients 24-hour access to our consultants worldwide, as well
as an array of industry white papers.
Our Oracle-focused reporting adapts as Oracle responds to tax law changes and
makes internal improvements. Support value includes quarterly KBX server
installation updates and emergency updates as Oracle requires. Each quarter
also brings new features to the desktop and optional online updates are made
available as well.
