Delivered Kubes
The KBX™ OTL Toolkit comes complete with 8 delivered Kubes that you can immediately begin using for your reporting needs. A brief overview of selected Kubes is below:
Hours Not Imported into OTLR (Oracle Time and Labor Rules)
- Hours Not Imported into OTLR (Oracle Time and Labor Rules)
Shows timecards not transferred to BEE (Batch Element Entry) and their approval status. Possible reasons that a timecard wasn’t transferred include creation after the transfer process was run, or an approval status of Rejected. Shows both exempt and nonexempt employees’ timecards.

Hours Transferred to Element Entry
- Hours Transferred to Element Entry
Has 5 tabs shown below. Element parameter allows you to run a report on, for example, all Holiday hours.
- Entries Transferred from BEE – shows entries transferred from BEE to Payroll/Element Entry
- Entries Not Transferred in BEE – shows entries in BEE that have not yet been transferred to Payroll/Element Entry
- Entries from Non BEE Sources – shows element entries not created by BEE i.e. PTO Hours
- Entries from Purged BEE Batches – shows element entries in Payroll that came from BEE, but the corresponding records have been purged from the BEE tables
- Element Entries Summary – shows total hours of each type (Bereavement, Holiday, PTO, Regular Wages, Overtime) reported by each employee in the specified date range.

Single-tab report with two sections: OTL and OTLR Shows timecards that were modified after the transfer to BEE, the specific date and hours that were changed and shows both exempt and non-exempt employees.

Timecards in Error
- Timecards in Error
Template has two tabs, OTL Timecards in Error and OTLR Timecards in Error. Shows possible reasons why a timecard would error include submission when the employee’s assignment status is Terminated, or an incorrect element setup.
