Productive from Day One with Oracle Tutor, UPK, and OLM
KBACE :: Learning Platform includes Oracle Tutor, UPK, and Learning Management
Productive from Day One

Oracle and KBACE have worked together to build a cohesive approach that increases the level of effectiveness with Oracle Applications and Technologies via an integrated Learning Platform. This approach successfully elevates the value of Oracle's Applications and Technologies and reduces the risk of implementations failing or being deemed unsuccessful. It accomplishes these critical objectives by emphasizing the following tenets:

  1. Focus on the User
  2. Align with the Implementation Plan
  3. Leverage Documentation
  4. Monitor User Adoption & Learning
  5. Build a Platform for Continuous Training Improvement

Focus on the User - by focusing on the user, organizations find a much higher level of optimization and a much lower cost of ownership. Indirect benefits include job satisfaction, reduction in attrition, and a drive towards implementing more functionality. This focus should include accurate content that is delivered effectively to employees, available both during formal training and as job aids throughout the entire lifecycle of the application.

Align with the Implementation Plan - during the implementation, it is more efficient to develop documentation and training materials in conjunction with solutioning, configuring, and testing the new environment. When this is done together, it becomes a more supportive environment instead of a mandatory exercise.

Leverage Documentation - as the project team validates and updates the solution and configuration, the documentation follows. This process ensures that users receive the most current, accurate documentation in their training sessions and support structure upon migration to production.

Monitor User Adoption & Learning - after each training session and throughout the transition to production, KBACE leverages the testing capabilities within the User Productivity Kit and in Oracle Learning Management to assess the absorption of information into the user community. Upon migration into production, this approach will monitor the user community and their effectiveness with using the applications. Through the use of our Support Services group, trends can be quickly identified through any trouble tickets that have been entered, and the organization is equipped to react quickly by scheduling a training class or session focused on the functionality in-question. The reaction time and execution is greatly expedited because of the established Learning Platform.

Build a Platform for Continuous Training Improvement - as the organization continues to expand functionality with the application (i.e., by implementing a new module or upgrading to a new release), the Learning Platform evolves through updates and additions to the content. This ensures the user community maintains a support structure for continuous training improvements.
