The User Productivity Kit (UPK) is a recording tool that enables non-technical, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create detailed system simulations that provide end users with step-by-step instructions on how to perform tasks within Oracle. One recorded UPK topic can be effortlessly exported into multiple formats, including animated simulations, test scripts, and gap documents. UPK integrates fully with all Oracle applications, offering advanced object recognition to automatically populate system information and the ability to include voiceover instructions along with animated overviews. The simulations can be linked to Oracle Tutor Procedures, deployed in a stand-alone fashion, or deployed within the application as either on-demand help or as a production job aid. Additionally, online SCORM compliant content output can be integrated within a Learning Management System such as Oracle Learning Management (OLM), and deployed with advanced usage tracking functionality. |
