We have used Oracle CRM On Demand since the beginning of 2009. I was part of the team who implemented CRM On Demand by helping to define our business requirements and converting our data from Salesforce.com. The best part of the Sofware-as-a-Service model is that we were able to get up and running in about 4 weeks. We continue to implement additional features of the system periodically to meet the needs of our business.
Now, I administer our CRM system from an Account, Lead, and Campaign perspective. While I find the fields and processes to be similar to Salesforce.com, I find CRM On Demand's reporting to be more complex. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you understand how to run reports, you can create an analytical report that meets anyone's needs.
