KBACE Technologies (P) Ltd, announces today that it has achieved the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI-DEV) Level 3 Appraisal rating. KBACE Technologies (P) Ltd (KTPL), announced today that the company has been appraised as fully compliant at Maturity Level 3 with the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration, version 1.2. The Standard CMMI Appraisal for Process Improvement (SCAMPI)-A Level 3 Appraisal was conducted in accordance with the Software Engineering Institute’s publications Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV), Staged Representation, Version 1.2 and in accordance with the Appraisal Requirements for the CMMI (ARC) version 1.2. "CMMI has become a standard for measuring an organization’s capability to provide a process driven approach for development of software, which includes software engineering and project management processes. Achieving CMMI Level 3 is an endorsement for KTPL’s commitment to deliver highest quality products and services to our customers," says Ravi Mamgain, CTO, KBACE Inc. CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. It can be used to guide process improvement across a project, a division, or an entire organization.
