Founding Member of KBACE Technologies Inc providing leadership to give KBACE a technical edge. Ravi is the visionary and responsible for the foundation of KBACE Technologies Pvt Ltd. Ravi has 20 years experience in information systems, including thirteen years with Oracle HCM. Consistent record of excellence in implementing RDBMS based applications. Ravi was a member of original Oracle HCM design team and the Technical lead on the first Oracle HCM system implemented in the United States.

Ravi is highly experienced, both functionally and technically with Oracle HCM, development tools, methods and architectures. Involvement on project engagements ranges from management and analysis to design and development.

Amit has been leading the KBACE Technologies Pvt. Ltd's leadership team as Managing Director since its inception in 2004. He brings over 15 years of experience in technology and consulting, both in India as well as in United States. Apart from his impeccable leadership and people management skills, his technical expertise includes best practices in offshore development, E-business consulting and managing product development in Microsoft Technologies.

Amit's vision is to see KBACE Techologies Pvt Ltd as a specialized offshore development center offering niche in products and services both in Oracle and Microsoft technologies. Amit holds an M.Eng.Sc. from University of Adelaide, Australia.
