Prevent orphaned workflows and unauthorized system access caused by turnover

The termination process in Oracle applications is a non-integrated process. Employees in the HR application may be terminated and yet their application login is left active. Users may be assigned roles for approval or have their name littered among active workflow processes that will then be stuck once their login is manually deactivated. The employee deprovisioning process will automatically disable logins, remove WF role assignments and forward active workflows to managers upon termination. This process will eliminate the constant monitoring, manual reporting and risks associated with managing this business process.
