By possessing these complementary skill sets, KBACE provides robust implementation capabilities that span the entire Oracle Compensation & Benefits Suite, including Advanced Benefits, Standard Benefits, Compensation Workbench, Total Compensation Statement, and Individual Compensation Distribution.

The Practice Manager for the Compensation & Benefits team is Jeff Eaton who has more then 10 years experience implementing the Compensation & Benefits modules. Jeff was part of the team that implemented the first customers on Advanced Benefits and is actively involved in the Oracle community as well as with Oracle development to provide insight to both customers and Oracle on the features and functionality of the Compensation & Benefits suite.
