Benefits Communication

KBACE has developed a Benefits Communications process that leverages standard Oracle functionality using concurrent manager and xml publisher. This will allow a company to produce printed benefit communications or email them directly to the employee. A concurrent manager job is submitted that has parameters for the different output and selection criteria, this process can be scheduled to run regularly or run ad-hoc. These communications greatly reduce the time the benefits department has to spend notifying and following up with employees on benefits related items.
