KBACE has developed a Benefits Communications process that allows a company to produce benefit communications in print or email format. These communications greatly reduce the time the benefits department has to spend notifying and following up with employees on benefits related items.

Implementation and Upgrades

New Hire Enrollments

Customers using Oracle Standard Benefits are limited to using Benefits Self-Service only during Open Enrollment periods to allow employees to change / elect their benefits. At all other times, benefits information is available in a view-only mode.

Leveraging standard functionality within Oracle, KBACE has developed a solution to enable companies to leverage Benefits Self-Service for their New Hires and allow employees to enroll online as part of their on-boarding process.

Reporting and Analytics

KBACE offers a wide array of reporting and analytics solutions.  For Benefits power users, KBX offers Benefits reporting using Pivot Tables in Excel.  To distribute Benefits reports, the KBI product offers highly formatted reports that can be run in a browser or exported to PDF and distributed.  For other special purpose reports, KBACE can build reports using XML Publisher.
